Welcome to CIIER​

The Centre for Innovative Industries Economic Research Inc. (CIIER) was formed in 2004, with support from the Government of Victoria, to create a repository and think-tank for competently researched, up-to-date, and analysed data on employment, markets, revenue streams, R&D, processes and management methods, specifically focused on high technology, innovative, and emerging industries ICT and biotechnology.

Digital Cities

New Pilot. Intern Research Project Number 3.

This project will facilitate the placement of several OCSC member university students as interns, with the OCSC and the CIIER and NESTA (UK) partnership conducting a pilot research project to adapt the Australian Digital Cities Index (ACDI) and the European Digital Cities Index (EDCI) methodology in a developing economy environment. CIIER Reports

CIIER research includes pro-bono, commissioned and sponsored research, and outcomes may include reports. CIIER is known for its Australian ICT Industry Reports, in particular the ICT Statistical Compendium produced for the Australian Computer Society.
Whilst some of our commissioned research reports may only be released by our clients, other reports are publicly available, either at completion, or after release by the sponsors or clients concerned.
